Star Frustar Refreshing Mango Drink new production planning at client side. ALl juice and drink need to be pasteurizer first and then cool up to desired level i.e 0-6 Deg C. This filling station having Tetra Pak Filling machines and we need to rpovise chilled water in suct way that product can be instantly cooled as per required demand.

Key Initiatives

We provided Ice Water making Glycole chilled water Plant with Daikin Screw chiller of 130 TR x 2 Nos. Glcole transferring cooling to water and delivering 2 Deg C ice water constantly. PLant provided with Hydropneumatic system for ice water feeding so Tetra Pak Machine can use Ice water as per demand and Chilling plant can feed it without any complex automation.

Key Impacts

This has helped the client not only to overcome the issues of cooling down fast in a hygienic way but also helped in maintaining the correct weight, improved shelf life and the consistency of the product was intact, delivering a high-quality product. All Tetra Pak machine continuously doing producting with robust and heavy SS 304 MOC chilled water Plant.

We provided Ice Water making Glycole chilled water Plant with Daikin Screw chiller of 130 TR x 1 Nos. Glcole transfering cooling to water and delivering minus 4 Deg C Glycole constantly. PLant provided with Hydropneumatic system for Glycol Mixture feeding so Tetra Pak Machine can use Glycole Cooling as per demand.

We provided ISO class 100000 Cleanroom class for Tetra Pak filling station which taking care of Relative Humidity as well as Temperature inside area. Tetra Pak Packing Area need bottom side Cool air and opposite top side return air concept. Room also need to be kept positive pressure of 10-15 Pa so all outside air dust and humidity will not impact on Packing Process.
